Fifth Note Cellars blends are crafted from specific varietals and regions to enhance the flavors, spices, sauces, and herbs in your favorite recipe or next meal. This Chardonnay combines the richness and complexity of grapes from the foggy Russian River with the lively acidity and finesse that comes from the exquisite vineyards of the Sonoma Coast. Viognier from the warmer Lake County provides a unique lift and aromatic complexity to this modern classic. The palate has a rich and creamy texture held together by the firm acidity from two cool-climate growing regions. We call it power and poise in a glass. See the back label for more detailed pairings.
