What is Terra d’Oro?

Terra d’Oro is the primary brand of the estate originally founded as Montevina Winery. In 2009, the winery was officially rebranded to Terra d’Oro to align with its premium vineyard designations.

The winery farms more than 800 acres of estate-owned vineyards across Amador County and the Clarksburg AVA. A modern production facility supports small-lot, block-by-block fermentations to highlight individual sites.

The range spans old-vine selections and aromatic whites sourced from their Clarksburg vineyards. Across the portfolio, the goal is clear: showcase distinct vineyard character through careful farming and thoughtful cellar work.
