Caymus Vineyards focuses on Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. The wines are typically full-bodied with a smooth texture and ripe fruit character.

The portfolio focuses on two flagship Cabernets: Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Caymus Special Selection. Special Selection is a barrel selection released only in exceptional vintages and is made for greater concentration and depth.

The Wagner family also produces Caymus-Suisun Grand Durif, a Petite Sirah sourced from the nearby Suisun Valley. This is a separate winery project and appellation from the Napa Valley Cabernet wines.
