Established during the Gold Rush in California's Sierra Foothills, El Dorado is a treasure trove for wine lovers. Grapes grow at high altitudes on steep hillsides, where cool temperatures combine with optimum sun exposure to ensure the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
