Harmonious

2004 San Antonio Valley 50% Syrah, 50% Cabernet Franc

Wcp Cellars LLC Harmonious is a captivating red blend that showcases the perfect balance between Syrah and Cabernet Franc. Hailing from the picturesque San Antonio Valley, this 2004 vintage is a delightful expression of its terroir. With a medium-bodied profile, it offers an exciting interplay of savory and fruit-forward characteristics. The acidity is bright and refreshing, enhancing the wine's overall complexity. Notable tannins provide structure without overshadowing the inviting fruit notes of blackberry and cherry, complemented by hints of spice and earth. This wine is dry, making it an excellent companion for a variety of dishes or a delightful choice enjoyed on its own.

Chile

In recent years, Chile has increasingly produced incredible wines of exceptional value. With a setting influenced by the Andes Mountains, the Pacific Ocean, the Atacama Desert and even Antarctica, Chile is a diverse land with rocky foothills, lush valley floors and cool coastal zones. Chile gained international renown for its New World take on classic Bordeaux varieties. Interestingly, it's an obscure red Bordeaux variety—Carménère—that has become Chile's signature grape. But other Old World varieties do equally well in Chile; Pinot Noir, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay have all become mainstays of Chilean wine, exhibiting impressive levels of quality and balance in the country's distinct terroirs.
