Chablis, located in the northernmost part of Burgundy, France, is one of the most renowned winegrowing regions in the world. Spanning rolling hills and lush valleys, Chablis' vineyards cover a unique array of terroir. The cool, crisp climate plays a major role in shaping Chablis' vineyards, with its limestone-rich soils and chilly air allowing grapes to ripen slowly but fully.
