The Adelaida District of Paso Robles, located on California's Central Coast, is one of the most diverse winegrowing regions in the world. Spanning a range of elevations and microclimates, the Adelaida District's American Viticultural Areas (AVAs) cover a complex array of terroir. The proximity to the cold, deep waters of the Pacific Ocean plays a major role in cooling the vineyards, sending fog and chilly air inland.
